Why, of course it does! And a very pretty one at that. That cloud formation is very beautiful. I think you could give this more punch with some contrast, or even better, if you had used a polarising filter on it to give more punch to the colour of the sky. But overall it's a great shot. I love the off-centre placement of the tree. Nice work.
Those are some interesting clouds. It looks almost like they are flying around the tree. You have seen this very well and chosen the perfect angle for it.
